Acceptance

By creating an account or using Freekeek, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Content & conduct

You retain ownership of what you post, and grant Freekeek a licence to host and display it according to the privacy level you choose. You agree not to post unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harassing content, spam, or anything that endangers others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Places & public content

Place pages and posts marked Public may be visible to anyone and indexed by search engines and automated agents. Choose a more restrictive privacy level if you do not want that.

Classifieds

Listings must describe real, lawful items or property. Freekeek is not a party to transactions between users and makes no warranty about listings. Transact carefully.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freekeek is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
